T&R Properties was founded in 1983 with a focus on residential real estate development. We develop multi-family and single family homes attracting renters, owners and investors alike. With over 100 associates and real estate holdings of over 30 projects, we have a well-earned reputation for quality developments in communities throughout the Midwest.

We maintain strict operational control over all transactions and subsequent financial agreements, making for more cost effective development. We provide all brokerage services including land acquisition and sales. In addition, we scout and secure well-located sites for future developments.

T&R builds, rents and manages large scale apartment complexes in the Midwest. To date, over 5,000 units are under our management and we are responsible for the day-to-day management operations of all our properties. Projects range from suburban two-bedroom town-homes with luxurious amenities, to three-bedroom garden apartments in more rural settings.

In addition to developing market-rent multi-family projects, we have been active in providing affordable housing for lower income tenants through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Over 2,000 multi-family units have been developed for lower income tenants. These units are targeted mainly to single parent households, larger families, and elderly people with income less than 60% of the median income levels. Project amenities are similar to market- rent projects and include playgrounds for children, as well as tennis courts and outdoor swimming pools in the larger communities.

T&R Properties is also active in commercial real estate, developing warehouse space, commercial office buildings for local businesses, and large commercial retail sites as well as developing numerous single family developments.

T&R Properties is the parent company of both Presidential Construction, Inc. and Today Homes, Inc.
