Our Management Team

Mr. Sabatino is the founder of his company. He has been in the real estate development and construction business for over 30 years and formed T&R Properties, Inc. in 1983. T&R Properties, Inc. is the management company for all the apartment communities that Mr. Sabatino owns and manages. He has developed thousands of single-family lots and has built over 10,000 multi-family dwellings, of which 4,000 are currently retained as investments. In addition to residential development, he owns and operates two golf courses, and Mr. Sabatino has constructed office buildings and shopping centers and presently owns two shopping centers, one of which is anchored by a Kroger store. Mr. Sabatino has developed and maintained a diverse and successful real estate portfolio.

Tamra L. Potts is the Director of Accounting & HR of T&R Properties, Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in residential property management and finance. Ms. Potts earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. She was awarded her designation of CPA in 1990 and CPP (certified payroll professional) in 2000. Prior to working for T&R Properties, Tamra started her property management career working with Cardinal Industries, Inc. and subsequently worked for many years with Equity Residential, which was the largest apartment REIT in the country.
